SHANGHAI, China: Shanghai Disney Resort has announced the reopening of Disneytown and Shanghai Disneyland Hotel this week.

However, the main Disneyland park will remain closed, as well as the Toy Story Hotel, one of its two resort hotels, the resort operator said in a statement.

Last week, the Shanghai Disney Resort, which has been shut since 21st March after COVID-19 cases began rising in Shanghai, reopened some retail and park areas.
